Southlake is about to book its latest hotel.
Delta Hotels by Marriott Dallas Southlake, a full-service property with 240 guestrooms and a restaurant with Dallas chef Dean Fearing’s stamp of approval, is on track to open mid-November, according to hotel representatives.
Owned by RREAF Holdings and managed by Aimbridge Hospitality, the hotel is located at the intersections of State Highway 114 and White Chapel Boulevard.
“Our focus at this world-class hotel is on doing the simple things perfectly, featuring a clean aesthetic and a modern take on comfort,” said hotel manager John Emmett in a press release. “Every touchpoint is masterfully designed and prioritized to meticulously and seamlessly deliver the key essentials guests need and eliminate everything they don’t.”
Celebrity chef and restaurateur Fearing has consulted on plans for the hotel’s Sky Creek Kitchen and Bar, which will feature Southwestern cuisine.
Guestrooms will have large workspaces and complimentary Wi-Fi, while other amenities include hydration stations on each floor, a “chef-inspired” grab-and-go food market, a full-service fitness center, and an outdoor pool and lounge area. The six-story hotel will also offer 10,000 square feet of meeting and conference facilities.
The Delta Hotels by Marriott Dallas Southlake anchors a 16-acre mixed-use development that also features office and retail space. Another hotel, the 261-room Westin Dallas Southlake, is scheduled to open in late 2021 farther east along State Highway 114.
The area’s first Delta Hotel opened in January 2019 in Allen adjacent at Watters Creek.
